We consider it an important responsibility to protect the information we handle in our business, including information entrusted to us by clients and the personal information of AI talent and job applicants. We work on information security under the following policy.

1. Compliance with laws and contracts

We comply with laws on information security, government guidelines and other norms, and the security terms agreed in our contracts with clients.

2. Managing information

We keep track of the information we handle and, according to its importance, take appropriate measures such as access control to prevent unauthorized access, leaks, tampering, and loss.

3. Care in using AI

When using generative AI and other AI tools in our work, we check what information may be entered and the terms of each tool, so that information entrusted to us is not used for unintended purposes.

4. Contractors and partners

We also require contractors and AI talent working with us on a contract basis to handle information properly, through confidentiality agreements and similar arrangements.

5. Awareness

We make sure our officers and members understand the importance of information security and the rules for handling information, and work to raise awareness.

6. Incident response

If an information security incident occurs or is suspected, we promptly investigate the cause, keep the damage to a minimum, and work to prevent it from happening again.

7. Continuous improvement

We review these efforts regularly and keep improving them.
