As an AI consultant at a major consulting firm, I saw many businesses eager to adopt AI yet struggling to make progress. Those experiences taught me that evaluating technology is only part of the equation. Businesses also need people who can develop and deploy AI suited to their operations and support its use in daily work.
Orga was founded to address talent shortages and other challenges businesses face when adopting AI. Through AI Expert, we match businesses with AI talent vetted through screening and interviews, on a contract basis starting from one day a week. Our AI Agent Development service covers requirements definition, development, deployment, operational improvement, and adoption. Through AI Consulting, we prioritize AI initiatives from a business perspective, estimate return on investment, and develop implementation roadmaps. Our LLMO × UI/UX Strategy service helps structure information so businesses are accurately understood and represented in AI search, while improving website UI/UX.
We are committed to following through on our proposals and strategies. After graduating from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics at Aoyama Gakuin University, Yuki Tada joined SHOWROOM Inc. as a new graduate, helping launch the vertical short-video app “smash.” and leading its content planning and social media marketing; the service reached 2 million downloads in about two years. Next came BayCurrent Consulting, Inc., with consulting work focused on AI, covering new business development, management planning, and UI/UX strategy. In January 2023 Yuki Tada founded Orga LLC, which now runs four businesses that help companies put AI to work, starting with AI Expert, an AI talent matching service.
