We comply with the laws and social norms relevant to our business and conduct our business honestly and fairly.

2. Fair dealing

We do business through fair, transparent, and free competition. We do not make unfair demands by taking advantage of our position, and we neither offer nor accept improper benefits.

3. Honest matching

When matching AI talent with companies on a contract basis, we communicate the work and conditions accurately, and aim for contracts and practices that are fair to both sides and match the actual nature of the contract work.

4. Proper handling of information

We handle personal and confidential information properly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Information Security Policy.

5. Respect for human rights

We do not discriminate or harass on the basis of race, nationality, gender, age, religion, disability, or any other ground, and we respect each person’s dignity and diversity.

6. No ties with antisocial forces

We have no relationship whatsoever with antisocial forces and respond firmly to any unreasonable demands.

7. Reporting concerns
