FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer)
What you'll do
Work directly with clients to understand their operations and own the process from defining challenges to designing, developing, and deploying AI agents, then improving performance and supporting adoption. Use generative AI to automate and streamline sales, customer service, document creation, internal search, and other tasks, measuring results and making ongoing improvements after deployment. Team up with AI consultants and registered AI talent in a team tailored to each project.
Required skills and experience
• Experience developing web applications or business systems in Python or TypeScript
• Experience building applications with LLM APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google
• Experience working directly with clients to define requirements
Preferred skills and experience
• Experience designing RAG systems and AI agents, and automating workflows with tools such as n8n or Dify
• Experience developing and operating applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience in consulting, project management, or presales
How we work
Combine remote work with time at our office in Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo. Client visits may be required depending on the project. For those working on a contract basis, weekly working days and hours are agreed through discussion.

- Full-time — Annual salary: JPY 8M–15M
Contract basis — Monthly fee: JPY 800K–1.5MCompensation is based on experience and skills. Contract fees are also adjusted for the number of days worked. - Engagement type
